Pragativahini News, Mumbai: The Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police has freezes 11 bank accounts belonging to Bliss consultants and their proprietor Ashesh Mehta and his wife and also freeze five residential premises belonging to the untraceable couple, said Krishna Hegde Ex MLA and Spokesperson of Shiv Sena who is pursuing the Ponzi scheme floated by the couple Ashesh and Shivangi Lad Mehta.
5 premises costing approx. 16 cr belonging to them at Kandivili , Goregaon East and Santa Cruz west have been freezes and more properties and bank accounts are facing the freeze.
A total of almost Rs 170 crores are freezes to the efforts of Mumbai Police and Ex MLA Krishna Hegde.
The couple Ashesh Mehta and Shivangi Lad Mehta have disappeared after having cheated over 4000 investors of over a thousand crores.
The Mumbai police and EOW have acted quickly on my complaint and now I would request them to file a petition quickly so that these freezes funds can be disbursed among the investors who have lost their hard earned money.
Also the freezes properties should be liquidated and investors money should be returned thru the Police.
The EOW has more details and it is better his accomplices should come clean and cooperate in the police investigations ,said Hegde.
Hegde also thanked CM Eknath Shinde, Hon DyCM Devendra Fadnavis and top Mumbai Police officers including Special Commissioner Deven Bharti and Jt Commissioner Nishith Mishra for their efforts.
