Pride of Karnataka; Chaitanya Kulkarni to build 6000 houses in East Africa

 Pragativahini News, Belagavi –  Chaitanya Kulkarni, a real estate tycoon from Belagavi who is also the state President of CREDAI, Karnataka would build 6000 houses in in Kigali the Capital of Rwanda East Africa.
These houses are meant for the government servants and commoners in Africa and would be cost effective. An MoU has been signed by Chaitanya in this regard.
This is said to be the first ever such invitation by an African country to a builder from Tier 2/3 city  who understand the affordable housing and needs of common citizens.
Nitya Chaitanya owned by Chaitanya Kulkarni ha the 7-star rating building rated by CRISIL  in 2017 and CHAITANYA ASSOCIATES was listed among the top 100 Developers in the Country by Reality Plus .These recognition gave the great opportunity for his firm and his company was invited by the Government of Rwanda to construct the Affordable Homes .The opportunity has not only made the State of Karnataka pride and will also help to enhance the bilateral relations of these two countries .
Though the deal was in progress since 2019 it was delayed due to the Covid-19.
