Hello,
You have learnt Tenses. in last session. Now, we should know about Parts of speech. These are all very beautiful and important also. Try to understand this concept. Should not ignore.
There are eight (8) parts of speech in English. As is follow;
1) Noun, 2) Pronoun, 3)Verb, 4) Adverb 5) Adjective, 6) Conjunction, 7) Interjection, 8) Proposition.
1.  *Noun* : Noun is a name of the person, place, animal and things.
Kinds of Noun.
A) *Proper Noun* : ” A noun that names a particular person, place, or thing “
Rama, Sachin,Ranjit, Lata, Namrata.Sheela.Everest, Mumbai, Vijayanagara,Honda, Taj .These are all names of a particular person,place or things they are called proper Nouns.
B) *Common Noun* : A common noun is a non-specific person, place, or thing.
Eg; Boy,Girl, Cow, River, Tree, Water etc. These are all names that can be applied to anyone of a class of persons,places or things. such nouns are called common nouns.
C) *Collective Noun* :A collective noun refers to a group behaving singularly. Collective nouns function grammatically as a single entity since the group members are acting or behaving in unison.
Eg; Students. Army, Police. A flock of sheep.A flock of swan. A team of players. A crowd of people.
A collective nouns are always treated  as plural. example -cattle’ people, poultry, government
D) *Material Noun* ; Material noun is a grammar term that refers to a material or substance from which things are made
Eg; Gold Silver,Clay Stone, Wood, Cotton.
E) *Abstract Noun* :a noun denoting an idea, quality, or state rather than a concrete object, (truth, danger, happiness.)
Eg;  Brilliant, Wise,Noble, Intellectual ,Good, Bad,
Honesty is the best policy
Bravery is a rare trait.
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
2. *Pronoun* : Pronoun is a word which is used instead of noun.
Eg; I,We,You,He,She,It,They etc.
3. *Verb* : Verb is a word which is shows the action.
Eg ; take, do, give, climb, jump, prepare etc.
4. Adverb ; Adverb is a word which describe the action. They are slowly/immediately/hastily/suddenly/well/quickly/softly/loudly etc.
Eg ;
He comes slowly.
She went immediately.
They came hastily.
I saw suddenly.
He swims well.
She ran quickly.
he spoke softly.
Rajesh coughed loudly to attract her attention.
He plays the flute beautifully. ( after the direct object)
5. *Adjective* ; Adjective is a word which describe the qualities or states of being of nouns or character of the noun, pronoun etc.They are good/well/black/red/
tall/small/long/short etc.
Eg ;
He is good boy.
She is singing well.
The cow is black.
The car colour is red.
Coconut tree is tall.
The door is very small.
6. *Conjunction* ; Conjunctions are for connecting thoughts, actions, and ideas as well as nouns, clauses, and other parts of speech. They are and/or/ because /hence/so/therefore etc.
Eg;
Suma went to the supermarket and bought oranges.
Satish can not come here because he is suffering from fever.
I am very hungry, but the fridge is empty.
She speaks three languages besides Kannada.
Although he speaks French, he says meaningful words.
7. *Interjection* ; Interjection is a word which shows sudden feelings. or An interjection is a word, phrase, or sentence that expresses emotion, meaning, or feeling. They are Hurrah/Alas/Bravo/Fie/What/Ah/Oh/Shh etc.
Eg ;
Hurrah! We won.
Alas! He did not die.
Bravo! We made an aircraft.
Fie! You did such a thing.
What! Did they go to the Bermuda Triangle?
Ah! She is offline.
Oh! She is online.
Shh! Don’t make a noise.
8. *Preposition* ; A preposition is a word or group of words used before a noun, pronoun, or noun phrase to show direction, time, place, location, special  relationships, or to introduce an object.
He sat on the chair.
There is some milk in the fridge. She was hiding under the table. The cat jumped off the counter.
He drove over the bridge.
She lost her ring at the beach.
The book belongs to Sanjay.
They were sitting by the tree.
The coconut was high above our heads, so nobody could reach it.
The cat lay across my lap.
We walked across the street.
The broom was leaning against the fence.
He threw the glass against the wall.
The deer hid among the trees.
There was a white fence around the house.
He walked around the tree.
We don’t have a coffee maker at work.
Class begins at 7 AM.
The fireman led the people away from the burning building.
Before work, I go to the fitness center.
We parked in the parking lot behind the building.
We entered the huge basement below the house.
We sat beneath the tree and enjoyed the shade.
The dog sat beside him obediently.
There was a fence between the two houses.
There is a pharmacy by the grocery store.
By the time we started dinner, the food was cold.
The ball rolled down the hill.
Somebody’s phone rang during the movie.
We were in Hawaii for two weeks.
Hecomes from France.
The lecture lasts from 1:30 PM to 3 PM.
The laptop is in my backpack.
inlocationI learned Japanese in college.
The movie starts in ten minutes.
