KLS GIT and Latecoere India Pvt. Ltd. Signed MOU

Pragativahini News, Belagavi: The department of Aeronautical Engineering, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi has recently signed MOU with Latecoere India Pvt. Ltd.
Latecoere India Pvt. Ltd., which has its head office at Bengaluru and its manufacturing unit at Aequs special economic zone, Hattargi Village, Hukkeri Taluk, BELAGAVI.
It is a company engaged in Aeronautical and Space Engineering industry and is a part of the reputed Latecoere Group based in France and having manufacturing facilities spread across 15 countries.
KLS GIT and Latecoere have agreed to cooperate and focus their efforts on areas such as Skill Based Training, Industry visits, and regional technological cooperation, which will benefit students of GIT to pursue their career in Aerospace domain.
Mr. Marc De Laet, Director Latecoere expressed to extend necessary support and help to organise guest lecturers by GIT for the benefits of students of the Institute on recent trends and developments in technology.
Prof. D A Kulkarni, Principal, KLS GIT expressed his positive views that the industrial training and exposure provided to students through this association will build confidence and prepare the students to have a smooth transition from academic to working career.
Dr. Shwetha Goudar, Dean IRDC opined that the budding Graduates from the institute could play a key role in technological up-gradation, innovation & competitiveness when directed properly.
Dr. K V Kulkarni, Head of the Department,Aeronautical Engineering, KLS GIT said that the agreement between organizations shall help in holistic development of the students.
