Hello !
     We had seen Simple present, Present continuous and Present perfect as section / part a, b, c. Present perfect continuous is the last part in Present Tense.
The title “Present perfect continuous’ is shown that, action is going on continuously or in progress. There is no end in the present situation. ‘Have been’ and ‘Has been’ are helping verbs are in this part.
You have to know this. instead of “I am always reading books”, you can say ” I have been reading books” in the meaning there no changes. but ‘have been’ or ‘has been’ gives same meaning ‘always’.
Formula = Sub + Have been / Has been + Verb(1) + ing + Object.
(helping verbs are have been/has been)
How to use ?
Have been = I, we, you, you, they.
Has been = he, she, it.
Eg:
I have been singing a song.
I have been reading Pragati Vahini digital paper.
I have been teaching English.
I have been watching Kannada movies.
We have been writing notes.
We have been discussing English grammar.
We have been going to Hampi.
We have been talking about Karnataka
You have been cleaning the room.
You have been collecting the coins.
You have been playing hockey.
You have been swimming in the pool.
They have been   organizing the programmes.
They have been attending the meetings.
They have been painting the walls.
They have been repairing the car.
He has been taking fruits.
He has been running to play ground.
He has been wearing white clothes.
He has been preparing for exams.
She has been dancing  Bharatanatyam.
She has been cleaning the rooms.

 To practice well and write in your note book without fail. It is very helpful to you. When you get free time, remind often. You can make own sentences with the help of verbs. as is follow;
