Chamber of Commerce Meeting with State GST Joint Commissioner
Asked to hold joint meeting with Trade & Industrial People along with all State GST Officials
Pragativahini News, Belagavi – Members of Belgaum Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Belgaum District Small Scale Industries Association, along with Tax Practitioners had a meeting with State GST Department Joint Commissioner.
Both the organizations had received several complaints from Trade & Industry members that State GST Department issuing notices regarding mismatch in GST Returns Related to E-way Bill Mismatch and other issues related to GST.
In this regard both organization had a joint meeting with Joint Commissioner and requested the department not to harass Industrial and Traders, as some of the officers are purposefully visiting the Market area and issuing notices to the traders.
The BCCI president informed them to call one joint meeting with Trade & Industrial People along with all State GST Officials at Belgaum Chamber of Commerce and Industries to discuss and solve the issues.
