Pragativahini News, Belagavi: DC Nitesh Patila has issued an order dismissing two First Grade Assistants (FDA) from government service due to dereliction of duty by absenting themselves from duty for a long period of time without prior permission.
Ramadurga Tehsildar Office First Grade Assistant C. N. Nagura and Raibag Tehsildar Office First Grade Assistant A.B. The allegation that Basaragi committed dereliction of duty by being absent for a long period of time and not fulfilling the responsibility of duty assignment is proved.
First Grade Assistant C.N. Ramadurga Tahsildar has issued a written notice regarding Nagura’s unauthorized absence, but proper reason and documentation has not been submitted. Similarly First Grade Assistant A.B. Basaragi has submitted a written statement stating that the reason is not reasonable and the allegation on the employees will be proved.
Therefore, under Rule 8 (viii) of the Karnataka Civil Service Rules, 1957, DC Nitesh Patila has issued an order dismissing him from government duty.
