Hello.
    I hope that, you are following this. These are very simple steps to practice. But remember, should not by heart. Some people are in the same way. I came to know that. Try to understand and write often. You will get some ideas, and routes. How many topics are there in this language? uncountable. Are you able to by heart. Highly impossible. Is it right?
  so, try to read more. To discuss with your nearest one. Within few days, you will have more content or subjects. Do not worry. Keep some rules in your daily life.
1) Think in English.
2) Speak in English.
3) Read Write in English.
4) Improve the vocabulary. Whatever, for practice. These four pillers are holding the roof of English.
As a teacher, I know very well. Few days, number of people show their interest. If they do not understand, they will keep out. It shoul not right. Take interest more. It creates many chances in your working field.
We ask the questions with the help of helping verbs. They are, Have/Has.
Positive = have and has.
Negative = haven’t and hasn’t.
Formula = Helping verbs + Subject + Verb(3) + Object.

Yes. you have disturbed him.
Haven’t I disturbed him ?
No, you haven’t disturbed him.
Have I called them ?
Yes. you have called them.
Haven’t I called them ?
No, you haven’t called them.
Have we remembered her ?
Yes, we have remembered her.

Have we helped him ?

Have you ignored the work ?
